Who we are and how to contact us

Eltay Apps publishes practical applications, including LimuVPN, My Doctor and Lens Assistant. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact our existing Telegram support channel. Specify the app and your request; do not send passwords or sensitive health information. The full legal controller identity, postal address and dedicated privacy email are pending confirmation.

This website

This version of our website contains no advertising, analytics scripts, contact-form backend or embedded third-party fonts. Our hosting provider may process IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser information to deliver and secure the website. Hosting provider, server-log configuration and retention period must be confirmed by the operator. External links, including Google Play and Telegram, take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.

Application-specific information

A single policy URL can cover multiple apps, with separate entries here explaining each app's actual practices. Device permission prompts and in-app disclosures provide additional information when a feature is used.

LimuVPN

A VPN app offering a choice of server countries. VPN connections involve handling network traffic and connection information. The operator must confirm server providers, IP-address handling, connection logs, traffic handling, advertising SDKs, recipients and retention. No no-logs or anonymity claim is made by this notice.

My Doctor

An upcoming AI-based app intended to help users understand medical test results and simple health questions. Before release, this entry must identify any health information processed, AI providers, processing locations, consent, retention and deletion options. Health information is sensitive; do not submit it until the applicable disclosure and consent flow are available. The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice or emergency care.

Lens Assistant

An Android utility providing a floating shortcut to Google Lens for visual search and translation. Google Lens is a third-party service subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Before release, this entry must confirm screenshot capture and storage, whether images leave the device, overlay and screen-capture permissions, any SDKs, and deletion behavior. Eltay Apps is not affiliated with Google.

Data, purposes and legal grounds

If you contact support, the service receives the information you choose to send and associated account or contact details. We use support communications to respond and resolve requests. Where the GDPR applies, processing may rely on taking steps at your request or performing a contract, legitimate interests in providing secure services and support, or legal obligations. Optional tracking and sensitive-data processing require an appropriate legal basis and, where required, explicit consent. App-specific grounds and legitimate interests must be identified before those features are released.

Sharing and international transfers

Information may be handled by the providers necessary to operate a service, by external services you choose to open, or to meet a binding legal obligation. App-specific providers and data categories must be listed here before deployment of the relevant app. Where data leaves the EEA, applicable safeguards may include an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses; the actual destinations and safeguards must be confirmed. Retention and security

Support information should be retained only as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations. App and hosting retention periods are not yet verified. Appropriate access controls and secure transmission should protect personal data; no system can guarantee absolute security. Data held only on your device can generally be managed through the app or device settings; uninstalling an app does not necessarily delete server-side data.

Your choices and rights

You can manage permissions in device settings. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing and complain to your local data-protection authority, including the Italian Garante. Contact support with the app name to exercise rights; proportionate identity checks may be needed. Under the GDPR, requests are normally answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions.

Account and data deletion

Request deletion through support, identifying the app and the account concerned without sending a password. We must confirm whether each app offers accounts, its in-app deletion path, associated data deletion and any lawful retention exceptions before store submission. Do not assume this draft replaces a required in-app account deletion feature.

Children and automated decisions

Age audiences and any child-specific processing must be confirmed for each app before release. Do not send children's personal information to support unnecessarily. Any legally significant automated decision-making, profiling or additional regional privacy disclosures must be explained here if an app uses them.
